On July 6 – 18, 2021, the Belarusian city of Vitebsk hosts the XI National Philately Exhibition BELPHILA-2021 timed to the 30th International Festival of Arts Slavic Bazaar in Vitebsk. More than 90 collections are exhibited in the exhibition halls of the Vitebsk Regional Museum of Regional Studies, including those from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Germany, Israel, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, Russia and the Czech Republic.

In the official class, JSC Marka was awarded the Grand Commemorative Gold medals for exhibits Treasures of Russia and History of the Great Patriotic War, which contain all on-topic issues of the Russian Federation state valuable postage matter, such as: stamps, blocks, artistic stamped envelopes and postcards, booklets, and special cancels.
In the competitive literary class, JSC Marka was awarded the Grand Commemorative Gold Medal for issued catalog Postage Stamps of the Russian Federation of 192–2017, Gold Medal for catalog Postage Stamps of the Russian Empire of 1857–1919. Postage Stamps of the RSFSR of 1918–1923. Postage Stamps of the USSR of 1923-1960 (electronic version). Recently issued catalog Postage Stamps of the Russian Federation 2020 was awarded a Grand Gold-plated Medal.
