The event was attended by Maxim Parshin, the Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation; Vasily Shpak, the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation; Dmitry Kurochkin, the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation; and Vladimir Kononov, a Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, a member of the Committee on Education and Science.
