The children's concert studio "Restless" began its activity on April 12, 1991 as a children's circle at the Palace of Pioneers of the Leningrad district of Moscow. In the studio, children are taught the basics of musical literacy, musical intonation and skills of joint music making, music theory and musical notation, dance, stage speech. The participants of the studio actively participate in the main holidays of the capital: City Day, Children's Day, major football matches, New Year's performances in the State Kremlin Palace. They also support city projects- "Active Citizen", "I love Moscow". The Restless Studio and its individual soloists are multiple winners and laureates of international festivals in Japan, Italy, Wales, Norway, Finland, Bulgaria, Romania, Spain, Cyprus and other countries. In May 2008, the group "Restless" established the Order of Childhood, which is awarded to people who are not indifferent to the problems of children and childhood problems.
The circulation of the artistic marked envelope is 1 million copies. The envelope shows the official logo of the theater-studio "Restless" and the year of the foundation of the collective.
