On February 25, four stamps dedicated to frogs entered postal circulation in the "Fauna of Russia" series.

 

 
Frogs constitute a group of animals of the order of tailless amphibians consisting of more than 400 species and distributed on nearly all continents; they prefer mainly fresh water ponds.
The 10 species of frogs that live on the territory of the Russian Federation are Asiatic grass frog, Iranian long-legged wood frog, laughing frog, moor frog, pond frog, Siberian wood frog, edible frog, grass frog, Hokkaido frog and black spotted frog.
The postal stamps provide images of a pond frog, Asiatic grass frog, Iranian long-legged wood frog and Siberian wood frog.

In addition to the issue of the postal stamps, JSC Marka will produce First Day Covers and special cancels for Moscow, St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, Irkutsk, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Stavropol, Khabarovsk and Novosibirsk, as well as maxi-cards and an illustrated envelope with four postal stamps, a label and a First Day Cover with a cancel for Moscow inside.
