On February 17, a regular meeting of the Commission of the Federal Communications Agency for state valuable postal matter was held


 
 
In the course of the meeting, approval was given to amendments and additions to Editorial Calendars of issuance of state valuable postal matterfor the year of 2021, as well as issuance programs of postage stamps, envelopes and postcards with commemorative stamps for the years of 2022. The Commission gave consideration to applications for the issuance of state valuable postal matter received from state and public organizations and institutions, as well as from individuals.
 
The 2020EditorialCalendarofissuanceofstate valuable postal matter is supplemented by the issuance of postage stamps dedicated to the Year of Science and Technology; the 100th Anniversary of the VladimirDahl Russian State Literary Museum and the AntonChekhov’s Memorial House in the city of Yalta; the 950th Anniversary of the city of Rybinsk in the Yaroslavl region and the 650th Anniversary of the city of Vereya in the Moscow region; native tank building and tractor industry; etc.A new series of stamps for the 80th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945 has been startedfeaturing the uniforms of the Red Army and Navy of the USSR.

The 2022 plan of postal matter issuance envisages release of stamped products dedicated to the 1100th Anniversary of baptizing Alania; 450th Anniversary of the Battle of Molodi; 350th Birth Anniversary of statesman Peter I; 100th Anniversaries of the Kabardino-Balkarian, Karachayevo-Cherkessian Republics, the Republics of Adygeya and Sakha (Yakutia); 150th Anniversaries of the State Historical Museum, the Polytechnic Museum, the A.S.Popov
Central Museum of Communications; the 100th Anniversary of the Tupolev Aircraft Design Bureau; the 100th Anniversary of the Spartak-Moscow and Lokomotivfootball clubs and other memorable dates.
