On February 17, postal stamps dedicated to Andrey V. Dneprovsky and Stanislav N. Morozov will go into postal circulation in the Heroes of the Russian Federation series

   

Andrey V. Dneprovsky (1971–1995), was a Deputy Commander of a Pacific Fleet Special Forces team of the Russian Naval Fleet, Warrant Officer.
By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of December 1, 1995, for courage and heroism displayed during the performance of a special assignment, Warrant Officer Andrey V. Dneprovsky was awarded the Title of Hero of the Russian Federation (posthumously). 

Stanislav N. Morozov (1958–2007) was the Commander of the 245th Guards Motor Rifle Regiment, Colonel.
By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of September 12, 1996, for courage and heroism displayed during the performance of a special assignment, Guards Colonel Stanislav N. Morozov was awarded the Title of Hero of the Russian Federation.

The postal stamps provide portraits of the Heroes of the Russian Federation and an image of the Gold Star medal.

In addition to the issue of the postal stamps, JSC Marka will produce First Day Covers and special cancels for Moscow, St. Petersburg, Vladikavkaz and Kemerovo.
