The Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI) is a higher educational establishment in Russia in the field of information technology, telecommunications, cyber security, television and radio engineering.
The MTUCI structure incorporates the following faculties: Information Technologies; Radio and Television; Networks and Communication Systems; Economics and Management; 1st and 2nd General Engineering; Extramural and Extramural General Engineering; Advanced Training and Professional Development (for teachers and specialists), as well as advanced training institutes and training centers.
Self-sustained structural subdivisions of the University are the North Caucasus Branch in Rostov-on-Don; the Volgo-Vyatka Branch in Nizhny Novgorod; and the Communications College in Moscow.
The MTUCI is a member of the European Society for Engineering Education (SEFI); it participates in European conferences and seminars on higher education issues held by SEFI (Czech Republic, the Netherlands, etc.). The university is a member of the Association for Business Cooperation of International Departments of Higher Educational Institutions of Central and Eastern Europe (AMO), a member of the Council for Work with Foreign Graduates of Russian Educational Institutions. There are MTUCI Alumni Associations in many countries. Training laboratories of such companies as NEC (Japan), Motorola (USA), Cisco Systems (USA) and others are also working in MTUCI.
The postal stamp provides an image of the building and the emblem of the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics.
