On October 9, an open air of painters of the Moscow Union of Artists, the participants of the Russian Province Project, took place on the territory of the Arkhangelskoye Estate Museum; the event was participated by artists of JSC Marka Artyom Adibekov, Sergei Ulyanovsky, Olga Savina and Maria Poklad.
The Russian Province Project was launched in 2007 at the initiative of Viktor Glukhov, the Chairman of the Board of the Moscow Union of Artists, People’s Artist of the Russian Federation, Academician of the Russian Academy of Arts, and Petr Groshev, a member of the Board of the Moscow Union of Artists, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, Honorary Academician of the Russian Academy of Arts.
The event was attended by more than 60 painters of different genres and movements. Each participant of the event was to paint his own autumn landscape of the Arkhangelskoye Estate Museum, which would mirror the beauty and loveliness of this unique monument of the Russian artistic culture, which is an ancient architectural and park ensemble and a collection of art works. At the end of the open-air event, a vernissage of the artists’ works opened.
The Federal Communications Agency, JSC Marka and the Arkhangelskoye Estate Museum have a long-time history of successful cooperation. On May 30, 2019, a postage stamp dedicated to the 100th Anniversary of the Arkhangelskoye Estate Museum was put into postal circulation under the Program of joint issuance of the Communications Administrations of RCC member countries.
On June 18 - July 7, 2019, the Art of a Stamp exhibition was held in the colonnade of the Estate Museum. It presented paintings by leading artists of the Marka Publishing House, as well as postal miniatures of their design. The paintings by the artists of JSC Marka enlarged the collection of the museum.
