The names of the winners of the All-Russian competition for drawing postage stamps and greeting cards for the New Year and Christmas have become known.
The winner of the postage stamp drawing competition was Svetlana Kirghizova from Irkutsk.
In the postcard drawing competition, the best works were recognized by Daria Buravtseva from Moscow, Anna Zamolotskaya and Anna Pavlova from St. Petersburg, Oksana Korolenko from Severomorsk, Murmansk Region, and Tatiana Milyakova from Tomsk.
Based on the drawings of the winners of the competition, a New Year's postage stamp and unmarked cards will be issued, which will go on sale in post offices and the network of philatelic Collector Showrooms throughout the country.
The authors of all accepted works will receive electronic certificates of the competition participants, and the winners will receive diplomas of the competition winners.
The competition was held from August 15 to September 15 by JSC "Marka" with the support of the Moscow Branch of the Union of Artists of Russia and the Federal Communications Agency. The jury of the competition included professional artists, graphic artists and designers, members of the Union of Artists of Russia. In total, more than 300 works were submitted for the postcard drawing competition, and more than 150 sketches made in various techniques-graphic design, small-scale graphics (linocut, etching, lithography), watercolor, oil, pencil drawing, etc.
The All-Russian competition for drawing postage stamps and greeting cards for the New Year and Christmas among professional artists has been held for the third year.
