The nuclear industry of Russian is a powerful complex incorporating nearly 350 enterprises and organizations employing over 250,000 people. The structure of the industry includes four major research and production complexes: nuclear fuel cycle enterprises, nuclear machine building plants, nuclear weapons complex, and industry research centers.
The postal stamp provides an image of the nuclear industry staff workers against the facilities related to its activities. The design makes use of the logo and corporate identity of State Corporation Rosatom. The postcard is produced in the quantity of 152 thousand items.
As was stated by Oleg Dukhovnitskii, the Federal Communications Agency celebrated the history of Rosatom enterprises by issuing a postage stamp and a stamped envelope. These postage stamps will definitely decorate any collection, not only of Rosatom employees, but of philatelists all over the world.
