On May 26, rating stamps with face values of 23 and 54 rubles equal to current mail transmission rates was put into postal circulation

 

Face value of 23 rubles corresponds to the current mail transmission rate for sending a standard envelope with a letter weighing up to 20 g; face value of 54 rubles is for sending a registered mail weighing up to 20 g.

The stamps are provided with an up-to-date complex of protection means and are produced on self-adhesive support material, which facilitates their usage.

The postal miniatures present an image of an emblem of the federal postal service organizations of the Russian Federation in an ornamental design. 

In addition to the issuance of the postal stamps, JSC Marka will produce First Day Covers and a special cancel for Moscow.
