On February 10, a stamp dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Yalta Conference was presented in the History of Russian Diplomacy series

The event was attended by Sergey Lavrov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, and Oleg Dukhovnitskii, the Head of the Federal Communications Agency.

“The Federal Communications Agency and JSC Marka annually issue stamped items devoted to the history of the Russian state. The issuance of a stamp for the 75th anniversary of the Yalta Conference is scheduled for February 11 and it will start a new series of the state valuable postal matter, History of Russian Diplomacy. The postal stamp provides an image of The Big Three monument by Z. Tsereteli installed in 2015 in Livadia. I am sure that this postal stamp will become a unique object, a rare philatelic item among collectors around the world and will forever retain the memory of today's event”, emphasized the Head of Rossvyaz.

As part of the commemorative cancellation of the stamp and on occasion of the celebration of the Diplomatic Worker Day, a philatelic exhibition of the state valuable postal matter opens today in the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The exhibit presents postal stamps of joint issues with other countries starting from 1992. In total, during this period, more than 50 joint issues were effectuated.
