On January 20, exhibition "Fauna on the State Valuable Postal Matter" opened in the Zoological Museum of St. Petersburg; it presents postal miniatures with images of animal life representatives.
The exhibition displays more than 200 postal stamps of the Russian Federation published by JSC
Marka from 1992 to 2019. Some of the displayed stamps were prepared with the consultation of the personnel of the Zoological Institute of RAS, the leading Russian institution specializing in the studies of the animal world of the planet. As a result of this cooperation, the subjects of the postal products of the Marka Publishing House feature the maximum scientific accuracy.
