The 29
st Winter Universiade was held on March 2 -12, 2019 in Krasnoyarsk. The Winter Universiade 2019 wise, athletes competed for total of 76 sets of awards in 11 sports. The Russian team topped the all-medal count by winning collectively 112 medals: 41 gold, 39 silver, and 32 bronze. South Korea placed second with 14 medals followed by Japan (13 medals).
