The event was attended by Sergey Chebakov, the deputy head of the Federal Communications Agency, Lieutenant General Yuri Kuznetsov, the Director of the of the General Staff of Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and colonel Eduard Korzhan, the commandant of the Krasnodar Red Banner Military Academy (winner of the Orders of Zhukov and October Revolution) named after Army General S.M. Shtemenko.
The Krasnodar Military Academy named after Army General Sergey Shtemenko is one of the oldest educational institutions of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, and the only one specialized in training personnel for the Service for Protection of State Secrets. It was founded in 1929 in Moscow.
