The stamps provide portraits of the Heroes of the Russian Federation and the “Gold Star” Medal of Hero of Russia.
In addition to the emission of the postage stamps, the JSC Marka will produce a First Day Cover and special cancels for Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Bryansk, Yekaterinburg and Orenburg.
