The cancellation ceremony was attended by Vladimir Shelikhov, the Deputy Head of the Federal Communications Agency, Dmitry Kurochkin, the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, Sergey Bednov, the Expocentre General Director, and Yury Shafranik, the Chair of the Union of Oil & Gas Producers of Russia.
