On September 20, an official cancellation ceremony of the stamps of the series "Contemporary Art of Russia" took place

The cancellation ceremony was held in the exhibition hall of the Moscow branch of the Union of Artists on Begovaya as part of the opening of the exhibition of artists Artem Adibekov and Sergei Ulyanovsky. “The Federal Communications Agency together with the Marka Joint-Stock Company has annually since 2011 been issuing stamps in the framework of the series“ Contemporary Art of Russia ”. In total, 31 stamps with images of works by contemporary artists and sculptors have already been issued. The total circulation of manufactured products amounted to more than 6.5 million copies. The stamps will disperse around the world and, I am sure, will become a unique instance, a philatelic rarity among collectors and will forever preserve the memory of today's event, ”said the Deputy Head of Rossvyaz.
