During the meeting, amendments and additions to thematic plans for issues of stamps, postcards and envelopes with the original stamp for 2018 and 2019 were approved; requests to issue state signs of postal payment received from state and public organizations and institutions, as well as individuals were considered.

The state signs of postal payment thematic plan for 2018 was supplemented by stamp issues dedicated to the Combined Arms Academy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the 100
th anniversary of Komsomol, the 100
th anniversary of the military counterintelligence bodies, and the Holy Prince Mikhail Tversky.
In 2019, it is planned to issue stamps dedicated to the medals of the Russian Federation as part of the
State Awards of the Russian Federation series, the grand halls of the Grand Kremlin Palace, the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the Army International Games, the 400
th anniversary of Yeniseisk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Expocenter Central Exhibition Complex, etc.
