On August 28, Oleg Dukhovnitsky, head of the Federal Communications Agency, solemnly presented commemorative medals and certificates to the employees of JSC “Marka” for his contribution to the preparation and holding of the XIX World Festival of Youth and Students in 2017 in Sochi.
JSC “Marka” issued a series of state signs of postal payment, dedicated to the XIX World Festival of Youth and Students 2017 in the city of Sochi. 5 postage stamps dedicated to the history of festivals were published. On the basis of the works of the winners of the All-Russian Drawing Competition, a postal block, an artistic marked envelope and a marked card were issued. The total circulation of labeled products dedicated to the XIX World Festival of Youth and Students amounted to 1 million 400 thousand copies.

The commemorative medal was established by the President of the Russian Federation in connection with the successful holding of the XIX World Festival of Youth and Students in 2017 in the city of Sochi. The medal with a diameter of 60 mm is made of a copper-zinc alloy, the emblem of the festival is depicted on the front side, and the official logo and the logo of the XIX festival are on the reverse side. The award is decorated with the inscriptions "From the President of the Russian Federation", as well as the motto of the festival - "Together with the entire planet!".
