The issues plans of postage stamps, postcards and envelopes with commemorative stamps for 2018 were supplemented and amended at the meeting, and the 2019 issue plan was approved. Submissions from public authorities, non-governmental organizations and individuals concerning release of state signs of postal payment were reviewed.
The 2018 issue plan was complemented with a joint stamp issue between Russia and Japan dedicated to flowers, as well as with the stamps dedicated to the 100
th anniversary of the Main Directorate of the RF Armed Forces General Staff, the 100
th anniversary of the Central Research Institute of Communications, the 25
th anniversary of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Crimea Bridge and others, as well as with stamped envelopes to commemorate the 100
th birth anniversary of Vasily Revyakin, the leader of the Sevastopol underground resistance movement, 75
th anniversary of the football game in the liberated city of Stalingrad and the Young Guard heroic dead.
The release of stamped products dedicated to birth anniversaries of such cultural and scientific celebrities as Vasily Polenov, Ilya Repin, Filipp Malyavin, Alexey Fatyanov, Daniil Granin, Mustai Karim, Pyotr Kapitsa, 100
th anniversary of the Central Museum of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, 300
th anniversary of the Mining and Industrial Supervision in Russia, 29
th Winter Universiade 2019 in Krasnoyarsk and many others have been scheduled for 2019:
