12 January 2018, Vyacheslav Klochko, an honorary philatelist, member and Vice-President of the Union of Philatelists of Russia (1997-2013), a jury member of the Fédération Internationale de Philatélie (FIP) and the Association internationale des experts en philatélie (AIEP) , died at the age of 68 years.
Vyacheslav Klochko made a considerable contribution to the preparation of the successful exhibitions “Moscow 1997” and “Saint Petersburg 2007”. He was a participant of numerous world philatelic exhibitions and a holder of top-rank medals.
JSC “Marka” team express their deepest condolences to family, relatives and friends of Vyacheslav Nikolayevich Klochko. The best recollections of him will forever be preserved in the memories of many of philatelists from Russia and abroad.
