December 27, Artyom Adibekov, Director General of JSC "Marka", received an official letter of thanks from Nikolay Nikiforov, Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation for his personal substantial contribution to the development of the industry and for an effective implementation of the tasks set.

Marka joint-stock company is the only enterprise in the Russian Federation that issues and distributes state signs of postal payment. The company releases each year about 120 postage stamps and souvenir sheets, over 100 illustrated stamped envelopes, about 400 stamped postcards and over 400 special cancellation postmarks.
Director General of JSC "Marka" is an elected President of the World Association of Philately Development of the Universal Postal Union for the period from 2012 till 2020 and is actively engaged in extensive work to coordinate and ensure interaction between companies issuing state signs of postal payment all over the world.
