November 16, a cancellation ceremony was held of a stamped envelope and a postcard dedicated to the children's drawing contest supported by the Federal National Guard Troops Service



The ceremony was held at Andriaka Water Colour School in Moscow with Vladimir Shelikhov, Deputy Head of the Federal Communications Agency, and Dmitry Grabilin, Assistant Director of the Federal National Guard Troops Service and Commander-in-Chief National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation.

The Federal Communications Agency of the Russian Federation and JSC Marka have issued stamped items featuring creative works by the laureates of the "Moya Rosgvardiya" drawing contest. The envelope depicts a drawing by Evelina Myachina (aged 16). Circulation is 1 million envelopes. The Letter B postcard features a drawing by Maria Kozlova (aged 10). Circulation is 2000 cards.

The children's contest was held from 31 March till 20 August 2017 with the main aim to attract the civil society attention to the activities of the National Guard by including kids and teenagers, their families and teachers in formation of media landscape for the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation.

"The release of state signs of postal payment will promote the activities of the Federal National Guard Troops Service among the population. The envelops and postcards will spread all over the country thus inviting more children from Russia and abroad to participate", said the Deputy Head of the Federal Communications Agency.
