September 4, an official cancellation ceremony of an artistic stamped envelope dedicated to the All-Russian Forum “The Future Intellectual Leaders of Russia” took place



The ceremony took place in Arena 2000 in the city of Yaroslavl. Alexander Beglov, Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the Preparation and Holding of the All-Russian Forum “Future Intellectual Leaders of Russia”, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Central Federal District; Oleg Dukhovnitsky, Head of the Federal Communications Agency and Dmitry Mironov, Acting Governor of the Yaroslavl Region took part in the event.

An envelope was issued in circulation of 1 million copies; it will be available in all post offices of Russia and can be used for sending written correspondence. During the forum an original action was organized - more than 500 participants showed their abilities in the epistolary genre, writing letters to themselves in the future.

The Forum “Future Intellectual Leaders of Russia” in Yaroslavl gathered gifted schoolchildren from all over Russia - these are the winners of the Olympiads, competitions in scientific and technical creativity and natural sciences, patent holders and inventors. Participation in the event will help the children not only to orient themselves in choosing their profession, but also to find a worthy application to their talents in high-tech companies in Russia.

“Thanks to the issue of the artistic stamping envelope featuring the logo of the forum, more people will learn that there is a place where gifted youth can turn to their ideas and where it will be heard. State postal payment signs always stand guard over the timely dissemination of useful and interesting information among the population of the globe”, said Mr. Dukhovnitsky.
