An official cancellation ceremony of a stamped envelope released to commemorate the 70
th anniversary of Ingosstrakh insurance company took place in the company museum today. Having a printrun of 1,000,000 copies, the envelope is available in all the post offices and can be used send mails within Russia. The envelope is designed after the company logo and anniversary look and feel. The insurer celebrates its 70
th anniversary with the motto Ingosstrakh 7.0 — insurance in the seventh generation.
Igor Chursin, Deputy Head of the Federal Communications Agency; Mikhail Volkov, Ingosstrakh CEO; and Yuri Prokhorov, Russian Satellite Communication Company Director General, signed and stamped the envelopes.
“For many years, the Federal Communications Agency and Join-Stock Company “Marka” have manufactured various philatelic products dedicated to Russian state and public organizations. I am very glad that the image of such a large and successful company has just left its mark in the history of philately”, said Mr. Chursin.
“With this envelope, which Russian citizens will be able to use all around the country, we emphasize the federal reach of Ingosstrakh. Our main goal is to always be close to our clients”, said Mr. Volkov.
