Konstantin Georgiyevich Paustovsky (1892–1968) was a writer, a Russian literature classic, a member of the Union of Writers of the USSR.
His first stories were
“On The Water” and
“The Four” in 1913, he wrote them during his study in the first imperial classical Gymnasium of Kiev. In 1923 Konstantin Paustovsky finished his first novel
“Romantics”. In 1928 the first collection of short stories by Paustovsky
“Counter ships” went out, and also the novel
“Shining Clouds” was written. In 1932, the novel
“Kara-Bugaz” lent eclat to him. In 1945-1963, Paustovsky wrote his main work – the autobiographical novel
“Story of a Life”.

Additionally, JSC “Marka” will manufacture a special cancellation postmarks for Moscow, Ryazan and Tarusa (Kaluga Oblast).
