State Signs of Postal Payment. USSR Postage Stamps 1961–1974 and the
Filateliya (“Philately”) magazine 2016 annual set were awarded commemorative gold medals and diplomas.
Belfila 2017, the ninth Belarusian national philatelic exhibition, took place in Minsk from 18 till 21 April 2017. It was dedicated to the 950
th anniversary of Minsk and 25
th anniversary of the first Belarusian postage stamp. Representatives of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Germany, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Poland, Russia and Ukraine took part in the exhibition. 115 exhibits were showcased altogether.
