The issue plans of postage stamps, postcards and envelopes with original stamps for 2017 were supplemented and amended at the meeting, and the 2018 issue plan was approved. Submissions from public authorities, non-governmental organizations and individuals concerning issuance of signs of postal payment were reviewed.
The 2017 issue plan was complemented with the stamps dedicated to the Year of Ecology, the 350
th anniversary of state shipbuilding in Russia, the 100
th anniversary of the Russian Patriarchate being reinstated, DOSAAF sports and many more, as well as with the envelopes with original stamps dedicated to the 125
th birth anniversaries of Russian literature classics Konstantin Paustovsky and Marina Tsvetayeva.
In 2018, stamped products dedicated to birth anniversaries of Marius Petipa, Ivan Turgenev, Maxim Gorky, Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, Vladimir Mayakovsky, Karl Marx; anniversaries of the cities of Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo, Grozny, the 200
th anniversary of JSC “Goznak”, 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™, the 29
th World Winter Universiade 2019 in Krasnoyarsk and others will be issued.
