Representatives of the Federal Communications Agency and FSUE PTC “Marka” took part in the work of the Postal Operations Council (POC)

December 12, as a result of the first day of the work of the Postal Operations Council (POC) the Russian Federation was re-elected for a second term as the chairman of the World Association for the Development of Philately (WADP) for the 2017-2020



The powers of the chairman of WADP are conferred upon Artem Adibekov, Director General of FSUE “Marka” Publishing and Trading Centre.
In his speech Artem Adibekov thanked the International Bureau of UPU for this great honour and he also expressed confidence that all tasks would be successfully completed.

From 12 to 14 December 2016, the Postal Operations Council session takes place in the International Bureau of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) in Berne (Switzerland); from 15 to 16 December session of the Council of Administration (CA) also will take place there.



Representatives of 37 countries will take part in these events. The Russian delegation included Vladimir Shelikhov, Deputy Head the Federal Communications Agency; Artyom Adibekov, Director General of FSUE PTC “Marka”; and Mikhail Kuzmin, Deputy Director of FSUE PTC “Marka”.
