For the first time in the history of Albania, the International Philatelic Exhibition of the Balkan Countries took place from 5 till 9 May, in which FSUE PTC “Marka” supervised by the Federal Communications Agency was invited to participate.
Philatelists from 14 countries showed 118 exhibits in various classes in the halls of the National Art Gallery in the country capital of Tirana.
The
Filateliya (“Philately”) Magazine 2015 annual set was awarded a large silver medal in the competitive literary class. The catalogs of the state signs of postal payment of the Russian Federation for 2013, 2014 and 2015 were awarded a silver medal.
