The 2017 issue plan was approved. The issue plan of postage stamps, postcards and envelopes with an original stamp for 2016 was supplemented and amended at the meeting.
The 2016 issue plan was complemented with the stamps dedicated to Kislovodsk Medical Resort Park, St Petersburg International Economic Forum, Russia Today International News Agency, the 50th anniversary of the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute, the Tarkhankut and the Chersonesus Lighthouses and others.
In 2017, the postage stamps and souvenir sheets dedicated to the 775th anniversary of the Battle on the Ice, the 100th anniversary of the October Revolution, the birth anniversaries of the outstanding artists Ivan Aivazovsky and Vasily Vereshchagin, the 100th anniversary of Bakhchysarai Historical, Cultural and Archaeological Museum Reserve will be issued.

Russian Arts and Crafts,
Flora and
Fauna will be continued.
