The postcard presentation was held in the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation as part of an official follow-up and awards ceremony of the VII Spartakiade of Ministries and Agencies of the Russian Federation 2015 participants. Arkady Dvorkovich, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation; Vitaly Mutko, Minister of Sport of the Russian Federation; Oleg Dukhovnitskiy, Head of the Federal Communications Agency; and Gennady Alyoshin, Central Sports Club of Civil Service President, took part in the event.
The postcard bears images of the Spartakiade and the Ministry of Sport logos, as well as the highlights of sports tournaments. Its circulation is 5,000 copies; the postcard was designed by Alexey Drobyshev.
The Spartakiade of officials of Russian ministries and agencies central offices is held annually in Moscow from February till November. The Spartakiade program includes 11 sports disciplines: chess, futsal, table tennis, swimming, volleyball (men and women), badminton, darts, curling, cross-country skiing, bowling and billiards, as well as passing the Ready for Labor and Defense test.
