In 2016, FSUE “Marka” Publishing and Trading Centre supervised by the Federal Communications Agency continues the issue of “postcrossing” series. Everybody could take a part in the competition, just send us an application and a sketch.
Applications and drafts are accepted till December 01, 2015.

Finalists and winners of the contest will receive a cash prize.

The “postcrossing” project, launched in 2005, has become increasingly popular. Nowadays, its members are about 600 000 people from 212 countries, including 70,000 users from Russian Federation. June 2, 2015 the 30,000,000th postal card has been received.
