November 5, a postage stamp dedicated to Captain Ivan Shelokhvostov, Commander of “Vityaz” assault group of special forces of the Independent Operational Purpose Division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russian Federation, will be released into circulation.
Other four stamps of the series will be released into circulation November 10, 2015.
The issue of four postage stamps in the series 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ will be November 17, 2015.
