The Catalogues of State Signs of Postal Payment of the Federal Communications Agency “Zemstvo, Wenden. Stamps, Stamped Envelopes, Postcards, Post Packages 1862-1919” and “Local issues of the Russian Empire 1845-1915. Russian Post abroad 1863-1920. Civil War local issues 1918-1923. The Tuvan People’s Republic 1926-1944. Local issues of the Russian Federation 1992-2006”, published with the assistance of FSUE “Marka” Publishing and Trading Centre, were awarded the Grand Gold Medal at the exhibition “AUTUMN STAMPEX 2015”. This is the highest award of the international philatelic events.
The exhibition, organized by the Association of British Philatelic Societies (ABPS), was held in London in September 2015. More than 80 exhibits of different classes and destinations from 12 countries were presented totally.
