September 15, it was held a cancellation ceremony of a postage stamps dedicated to the national combat materiel

 

The event was held within the framework of the international conference organized by the Russian Historical Society in Smorgon city, Republic of Belarus, in the framework of activities associated with the 100th anniversary of the World War I and the 100th anniversary of the beginning of the heroic defense of Smorgon city.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Federal Archival Agency of the Russian Embassy in the Republic of Belarus, and representatives of RUE “Belpochta”. The participants affixed the seal of a commemorative postmark on four postage stamp issued in the series “History of the World War I” dedicated to the national combat materiel.

- Mosin–Nagant 7.62 mm rifle
- 76.2 mm field rapid-firing gun
- “Novik” destroyer
