The Catalogues of postage stamps issued under the auspices of the Federal Communications Agency were awarded a gold medal for the first time during the participation in exhibitions of worldwide rank.
The Catalogues “Zemstvo, Wenden. Stamps, Stamped Envelopes, Postcards, Post Packages 1862-1919” and “Local issues of the Russian Empire 1845-1915. Russian Post abroad 1863-1920. Civil War local issues 1918-1923. The Tuvan People’s Republic 1926-1944. Local issues of the Russian Federation 1992-2006”were received the highest award of the “Singapore 2015” World Exhibition.
The set of the “State Signs of Postal Payment of Russian Federation” annual catalogues of 2012-2014 made a successful debut at the World Exhibition and was awarded a silver medal. The annual set of the “Philately” magazine for 2014 was awarded a great silver medal.
The exposure has been demonstrated more than 500 exhibits from 64 countries totally. 138 different editions: catalogues, books, monographs and periodicals, were presented in “Philatelic Literature” competitive class.
“Singapore 2015” is the World Philatelic Exhibition, taking place in Singapore. The exhibition is dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the independence of Singapore. It is held with the support and under the patronage of the Federation of International Philately (FIP), and under the auspices of Federation of Inter-Asia Philately (FIAP).
