The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) is a regional international organization, founded by the leaders of China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan in 2001. BRICS is a group of five countries: Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.
The official events start July 7, 2015, with the Council meeting of SCO Interbank Association. July 8, BRICS Business Council will be held in Ufa, July 9, will be held the Summit of Heads of State and Government of the BRICS, July 10, will be held the Meeting of the Council of Heads of States - members of the SCO.
The postage stamp depicts the main attraction of the city of Ufa - a monument of the Bashkir national hero Salavat Yulaev and a panorama of the city on the background.
