A cancellation ceremony was held in the framework of the VII Games among federal executive bodies of Russia at the stadium "Luzhniki", Moscow.
The stamp depicts a silver badge of the sample 1941, a gold badge of the sample 1972, sports parade (Red Square, Moscow, 1939) and the modern "Ready for Labor and Defense" sports tests: cross-country skiing and pulling on the bar.
All participants of memorable cancellation noted its important educational mission and historical role in increasing the level of physical culture and sports in the country, in the education of patriotism and citizenship.
