The Catalogues of postage stamps issued under the auspices of the Federal Communications Agency, repeatedly received the highest ratings of the jury at philatelic exhibitions both in Russia and abroad, and received more than 100 medals and diplomas of various ranks.

April, 2009, in order to introduce a uniform cataloging system, the Commission of postage stamps of the Federal Communications Agency has decided to release the official catalogues of postage stamps issued in the country from 1845 to the present time.
