The Catalogues of postage stamps issued under the auspices of the Federal Communications Agency and the “Philately” magazine were awarded with commemorative medals and diplomas at the International Philatelic Exhibition “The 70 years of a Great Victory”, which was held in the Central House of Artists, Moscow.
In the literary competitive class awards were given to the Catalogues:
1. “Zemstvo, Wenden. Stamps, Stamped Envelopes, Postcards, Post Packages 1862-1919” – the gold medal;
2. “Local issues of the Russian Empire 1845-1915. Russian Post abroad 1863-1920. Civil War local issues 1918-1923. The Tuvan People’s Republic 1926-1944. Local issues of the Russian Federation 1992-2006” - the gold medal.
The annual collection of the “Philately” magazine for 2014 and yearbooks of postage stamps for 2012-2014 were also awarded with the silver and gold medals.
In the non-competitive program the exhibit of postage stamps “The 70 years of a Great Victory” was awarded a commemorative medal.
The exhibition was presented about 100 exhibits from Bulgaria, Germany, Israel, Norway, Russia and Ukraine.
