The Catalogues “State Signs of Postal Payment” issued under the auspices of the Federal Communications Agency granted the highest award at the All-Russian Philatelic Exhibition in Izhevsk city

The All-Russian Philatelic Exhibition, dedicated to the 175th birth anniversary of Pyotr Tchaikovsky, the great Russian composer, was held at the National Museum of the Udmurt Republic, named after Kuzebay Gerd, from April 24 till May 7, 2015.

The exhibition was presented 40 exhibits from 10 cities of Russia and Belarus.

The Catalogues of postage stamps issued under the auspices of the Federal Communications Agency have received the high award pursuant to the results of the competitive class “Philatelic Literature”.

The Catalogues “Zemstvo, Wenden. Stamps, Stamped Envelopes, Postcards, Post Packages 1862-1919” and “Local issues of the Russian Empire 1845-1915. Russian Post abroad 1863-1920. Civil War local issues 1918-1923. The Tuvan People’s Republic 1926-1944. Local issues of the Russian Federation 1992-2006” were awarded a gold medal.

The Catalogues of postage stamps “Stamped Envelopes, Post Packages, Confidential Announcement Letters, Postal Sheets of the Russian Empire, the Grand Duchy of Finland, the USSR, the Tuvan People’s Republic and the Russian Federation 1845-2012”, “Postcards, Lettercards, Postal Order Forms of the Russian Empire, the Grand Duchy of Finland, RSFSR, USSR, Russian Federation 1871-2012” were awarded the gold medal.

The Catalogue of postage stamps “State Signs of Postal Payment. Postage stamps. The Russian Empire 1857-1919, RSFSR 1918-1923, USSR 1923-1991, Russian Federation 1992-2009” was awarded a gold-plated medal.
The annual set of the “Philately” magazine for 2013 and 2014 was marked with gilded medal.
