The Catalogues “State Signs of Postal Payment” issued under the auspices of the Federal Communications Agency and an exhibit of postage stamps of the Russian Federation granted the highest award at the VIII National Philatelic Exhibition “BELFILA-2015”

The VIII National Philatelic Exhibition “BELFILA-2015” dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War was held at the National Art Museum in Minsk, from 6 to 15 May. The exhibition was organized by the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus, Republican Unitary Enterprise of Postal Communications “Belpochta”, National Art Museum of Belarus and the Public Association "Belarusian Union of Philatelists”.

The exhibition featured more than 120 collections from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Germany, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Poland, Russian Federation, Ukraine.

An exhibit of postage stamps of the Russian Federation awarded a prize and a gold medal for the best thematic collection “The Great Patriotic War”.
