The International Philatelic Exhibition «Fin del Mundo», presented more than 150 exhibits from 14 countries was held in the cultural center “Yuganes” in Rio Grande, the Argentine Republic.
The Catalogues “Zemstvo, Wenden. Stamps, Stamped Envelopes, Postcards, Post Packages 1862-1919” and “Local issues of the Russian Empire 1845-1915.
Russian Post abroad 1863-1920. Civil War local issues 1918-1923. The Tuvan People’s Republic 1926-1944. Local issues of the Russian Federation 1992-2006” were awarded the gold medal in the literary competitive class.
The Catalogues of postage stamps “Stamped Envelopes, Post Packages, Confidential Announcement Letters, Postal Sheets of the Russian Empire, the Grand Duchy of Finland, the USSR, the Tuvan People’s Republic and the Russian Federation 1845-2012”, and “Postcards, Lettercards, Postal Order Forms of the Russian Empire, the Grand Duchy of Finland, RSFSR, USSR, Russian Federation 1871-2012” were awarded a large gilt medal.
The "Philately" magazine also received a large gilt medal.
