The envelope depicts the projects of monuments. Sergei Shoigu was the initiator of monuments creation, and a group of sculptors from Military Artists Studio named after M.B. Grekov, including Michael Pereyaslavets embodied his idea to life. Composition dedicated to World War I, recalls about the major offensive of the Russian army: Brusilov breakthrough, Peremyshlskaya siege and storming of the Erzurum fortress. The second composition is dedicated to the Battle of Moscow, hoisted the Victory Banner over the Reichstag and the Victory Parade.
An ASE has been prepared to the release by FSUE “Marka” Publishing and Trading Centre supervised by the Federal Communications Agency especially on the day of the opening of monuments.
