The competition is held under the auspices of the Federal Communications Agency.
The reception of works lasts to February 15, 2015.
The winner is announced March 1, 2015.
The main prize is the issue of a postage stamp based on the author's illustration.
There are three age categories:
- Children's illustration (7-11 years);
- Youth illustration (12-16 years);
- Adults illustration (from 17 years).
A common theme of illustration is adopted for all participants: “The International Children's Center “Artek”.
Applications for participation in the competition, including competition works, should be with the note “Artek”. Applications are sent to:
