The competition is held under the auspices of the Federal Communications Agency and will be finished on March 1, 2015.
To take part in the competition is possible for:
- Amateurs (age of participants from 5 to 17 years);
- Amateurs (age of participants from 18 years);
- Professionals (students of art schools and universities, professional artists, regardless of age).
An illustration made by hand or via PC must comply the categories:
- “Remember! Proud of it!”;
- “The Price of Victory”;
- “We entrusted the Memory”.
A participant should send an illustration, a completed application form to participate, a statement of consent to the processing of personal data and transfer personal data.
Winner will be selected by the jury with the representatives of the Union of Artists of Russia, the Union of Philatelists of Russia, Ministry of Defense, etc. The laureates will be indentified according to the decision of the jury.
