The catalogues “State Signs of Postal Payment” issued under the auspices of the Federal Communications Agency, and the magazine "Philately" received top awards at the interregional philatelic exhibition “Small Towns of a Great Russia 2014”

Interregional philatelic exhibition "Small Towns of a Great Russia 2014" was held in Kostroma and Nerekhta cities, from July 25 to August 20, 2014.

28 exhibits from 7 cities of Russia were presented in Kostroma Regional Universal Scientific Library and in the Museum of Arts of the Ancient Town of Nerehta.

The Catalogues “Zemstvo, Wenden. Stamps, Stamped Envelopes, Postcards, Post Packages 1862-1919”, and “Local Issues of the Russian Empire 1845-1915. Russian Post abroad 1863-1920. Civil War Local Issues 1918-1923. The Tuvan People’s Republic 1926-1944. Local Issues of the Russian Federation 1992-2006”, received the gold medal. It was the highest award of the exhibition.

A gold medal also received an annual set of the magazine “Philately 2013”.
