State signs of postal payment catalogs and Filateliya (“Philately”) magazine win prestigious awards at Litfila 2014 Russian Philatelic Literature Exhibition

State signs of postal payment catalogs and a 2013 yearly set of the Filateliya («Philately”) magazine by FSUE PTC “Marka” supervised by the Federal Communications Agency have taken part in the competition class of the Second Litfila 2014 Russian Philatelic Literature Exhibition.

The Exhibition was held on 7-30 May 2014 in the A.M. Gorky Territorial Universal Library in Perm. Besides Russia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Germany, Great Britain, Switzerland, Ukraine and the United States have participated in the exhibition.

   

“Zemstvo, Wenden. Postage Stamps, Stamped Envelopes, Postcards, Wrappers 1862–1919” state signs of postal payment catalog has won a vermeil medal.   

   

The following state signs of postal payment catalogs have been awarded Large Silver Medals:

  – “Local Issues of the Russian Empire 1845–1915. Russian Post Abroad 1863–1920. Local Issues of the Civil War 1918–1923. The Tuvan People’s Republic 1926–1944. Local Issues of the Russian Federation 1992-2006.”;

– “Stamped Envelopes, Wrappers, Confidential Announcement Letters, Postal Sheets of the Russian Empire, the Grand Duchy of Finland, the USSR, the Tuvan People's Republic and the Russian Federation 1845 – 2012”;

– “Postcards, Lettercards, Postal Order Forms of the Russian Empire, the Grand Duchy of Finland, RSFSR, USSR, Russian Federation 1871 – 2012”;

– a 2013 yearly set of the Filateliya («Philately”) magazine.

The Catalog for Russian State Signs of Postal Payment issued in 2013 has been awarded a silver medal.
